Sensory Garden

The Sensory Garden is open for bookings! We are offering our garden to our community to benefit those children and young people with a range of needs, whether this be therapeutic, sensory or a combination. The garden can be booked as a one off or bulk booking. You can book as a lone booking or as a group/oragnisation. The garden will be free of charge (subject to Beams discretion). We would appreciate a small donation to replensish facilities and refreshments which are provided, including toilet facilities. Mentoring Programme

Beams Foster Care and Family Services have introduced a Peer Mentoring Programme that is available to all foster carers, whether you are starting your journey at the application stage, if you are newly approved or if you feel you would benefit from some peer support from our experienced carers in a bespoke way. This will include face to face supervision, advice and support, as well as virtual and telephone support. Outstanding Ofsted Rating

We are extremely proud to have been featured in the Great Yarmouth Mercury newspaper due to our recent Ofsted result: A foster care agency in Gorleston has been rated outstanding by an education and children’s care watchdog. Beams Foster Care and Family Services, based on Magdalen Way, was inspected in February when it impressed Ofsted inspectors with its ability to “provide children with outstanding care”.
